DR. Thomas C. Duke
Dr. Duke attended Rockhust High School and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of
Missouri - Kansas City. He then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College, where he was president of the Student
ICA and was awarded the title of “Outstanding Student”. He has been in sole practice in the Kansas City area
since his graduation in 1975, and has continued his education by completing post-graduate work through Webster
University. Dr. Duke is an active member in the Missouri State Chiropractors Association and is a past
President of the association.
Dr. Duke is also licensed by the State of Missouri in Acupuncture/Acupressure, and Meridian Therapy.
He currently speaks to insurance companies and organizations in regard to soft tissue injuries, as well as
offices and work places in regard to on-the-job safety.
Dr. Duke brings his knowledge of spinal biomechanics, physical therapy, nutrition and acupuncture together in his
roles as a chiropractor.
Kathy
Kathy is our Insurance Specialist. Her expertise in filing insurance allows her to assist our patients with any
insurance needs they may have. In addition to handling any financial arrangements, she is the first to welcome
patients into the office either as they come through the door or with a friendly voice over the phone. Kathy
has been with Duke Spinal Centers for 10 years.
Raeanne Westervelt
Raeanne hails from the Kansas City area and has much experience dealing with the public and with
computer operations. Although Raeanne is still in Chiropractic Assistant training, she has mastered patient
therapy, assisting at the front desk and helping with insurance paperwork. Patients have made many comments on
how much they like her personality. Raeanne is married and has two children; her family lives in Raytown.
Bob Adamo
A native of Kansas City, Bob brings 20 years of massage experience to all of us. He describes his style as an
eclectic of eastern and western traditions.
Bob will be seeing patients Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at his
residence. Starting in May, upon completion of our new office space, he will be making appointments in our office
