Most health insurance plans include benefits for chiropractic care.
If you have insurance, please bring your plan information with you on your first visit. We will assist you in
determining your benefits, submitting claims and assuring that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are
entitled. Our office has special experience in handling auto and work-related claims.
Payment Options
For those without insurance Duke Spinal Centers make every effort to keep down the cost of your care and for your
convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash and checks.
If your treatment program requires multiple visits, and you need a payment plan for your care, we are happy to work with
you. Please discuss this with a member of our office.
